What made you hire Randi and Tracy?
My mom who was living with us at the time, could not handle the steps. In addition, the kids were older and mostly out of the house. It was time to sell.

We wanted someone approachable, knowledgeable and experienced. We needed to not only sell but to find something to purchase, so it was important that we actually LIKED our agent, as we know we would be spending a lot of time together!
What was the best part of your experience?
Sitting down at the table with Randi And Tracy, one week after we listed, reviewing the 5 amazing contracts we received! That was exciting.
Were there any stressful moments? How were they handled?
After a long day of being out of the house because of all the showings, we returned home to find ourselves locked out of the house! It was nearly 9pm. Randi came to our rescue to let us in using the lockbox - she showed up minutes after we called. That is above and beyond customer service.

What Stuck Out To You?
Before we listed I was afraid that buyers would not appreciate all of the love and care we put into the home. We wanted everyone to love it as much as we did. That fear and stress went away as I heard all of the positive feedback from prospective buyers and the offers started coming in.

Wow, where can I begin? The professional photos were amazing! The advertising, brochures, mailings, all of it was top notch. My home was a top hit on Zillow and other sites.
