What made you hire Randi and Tracy?
I met Randi and Tracy at a local Chamber of Commerce event and we clicked right away. At the time we we not sure of when we would be ready to move, but we knew it was going to happen at some point so we wanted to prepare. We needed some tip on what projects to complete during the next few months so we invited them into our home. They knew exactly what improvements we needed to make without us having to spend a fortune.
What was the best part of your experience?
Selling our house in less than one week with 14 offers and a final sale price well over asking price!
Were there any stressful moments? How were they handled?
After a long day of being out of the house because of all the showings, we returned home to find ourselves locked out of the house! It was nearly 9pm. Randi came to our rescue to let us in using the lockbox - she showed up minutes after we called. That is above and beyond customer service.
How Did Randi and Tracy Prepare Your Home to Sell?
They advised us NOT to so major renovations. Our main bath was outdated and we toyed with the idea of redoing it, but they said it was not necessary. Our front steps were very loose and since it could have been a tripping hazard we did fix them. We did some minor decluttering and were good to go!

What Stuck Out To You?
Accessibility. We had a group chat going right away, and whenever we had a question or concern, one of them would respond right away. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. Having 2 agents is invaluable.
